Founder & Director of BOSS.
Candice is a passionate and driven entrepreneur who’s been self-employed since the age of 18. From an early age, she knew she was destined to be her own boss.
She began her journey in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and full-time cyclist, where she developed the mental toughness, discipline, and endurance that would lay the foundation for her entrepreneurial success.
At just 19, Candice became the PT Manager for a major New Zealand gym chain, leading a team and sharpening her leadership skills. But her ambitions didn’t stop there. At 22, she made the bold leap to buy and operate her own retail business. With no formal business training, Candice threw herself into learning the ropes—diving deep into accounting, bookkeeping, inventory management, employment law, contracts, and everything in between. She built her knowledge by asking questions, seeking out experienced mentors, and learning by doing.
After nearly seven years, Candice was ready for her next chapter. She wanted a business model that offered more flexibility and balance—something she could grow while also being present for her family. That vision led to the creation of Let’s Talk Money, now rebranded as BOSS.
Through BOSS., Candice helps fellow business owners build sustainable, flexible businesses by removing the stress of back-office admin. Her mission is to provide practical, efficient systems so business owners can focus on growth without sacrificing work-life balance.
Beyond BOSS., Candice is also passionate about supporting her local business community. She currently volunteers as Treasurer of the Kāpiti Business Chamber, advocating for small businesses—the backbone of New Zealand’s economy.
True to her roots, Candice remains active in the fitness world. She trains regularly at CrossFit and recently competed in the Hyrox competition in Auckland.
Whether in business or in life, she believes success comes down to grit, consistency, and a willingness to keep showing up.
Senior Bookkeeper
Chloe brings a wealth of expertise to BOSS., with over 17 years of experience in finance. Her deep knowledge and hands-on approach make her a trusted advisor to businesses looking for reliable, efficient bookkeeping support.

Known for her professionalism and genuine passion for helping others, Chloe goes beyond the numbers. She understands small businesses' unique challenges and is committed to being a steady, supportive presence for her clients.
When she’s not balancing the books, Chloe is balancing life with her husband Richard and their three energetic boys, who keep the household lively and fun.
She also carves out time for her daily CrossFit sessions, where she thrives on the challenge and recharges both body and mind.
Administrative Assistant and PA
Samantha is the calm and capable presence behind the scenes at BOSS.
As Admin Assistant and Personal Assistant to Candice, she plays a key role in keeping the team organised and efficient—managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly daily.
With a friendly and professional approach, Samantha is often the first point of contact for clients, helping ensure every interaction is seamless and stress-free.
Outside the office, Samantha is just as busy—her gorgeous daughter Sabina keeps her on her toes! She’s also passionate about health and well-being, finding balance through regular yoga sessions.
Coming from a competitive sporting background, Samantha has previously competed in inline skating and once cycled and raced alongside Candice—proving she’s just as determined and driven outside of work as she is in it.
